At MJ Divine Scents, we proudly ship to customers in Puerto Rico and the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship only to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery times are:

1. Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

2. United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MJ Divine Scents is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
