Return & Refund Policy

At MJ Divine Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Period Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 50% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.

Non-Eligible Returns Items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
